Charred marinated chicken in a creamy spiced tomato sauce. Rich, mild and great with rice or naan.
Coat the chicken in the yogurt with half the garlic, ginger and spices, then let it sit.
Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until charred at the edges.
Fry the onion in butter and oil, add the rest of the garlic, ginger and spices, then the tomatoes, and simmer until thick.
Blend the sauce smooth, add the chicken and cream, and simmer until rich.
Scatter cilantro on top and serve with rice or naan.
