Crispy fried halloumi drizzled with spicy hot honey. Sweet, salty and hot all at once.
Cut the halloumi into thick slices.
Fry in a little oil until deep golden and crisp on both sides.
Warm the honey with the red pepper flakes until fragrant.
Arrange the halloumi and drizzle the hot honey over the top.
Add a squeeze of lemon and a few thyme leaves.
