The viral salmon rice bowl, flaked salmon mashed through warm rice with kewpie mayo and sriracha, plus avocado and kimchi. Quick and satisfying.
Bake or pan-cook the salmon until just done, then flake it apart.
Warm the cooked rice through so it is soft and steamy.
Mash the flaked salmon into the rice with the kewpie mayo, soy and sriracha.
Fold through sliced avocado and a scoop of kimchi.
Top with sesame seeds, scallion and torn nori.
