Juicy cubes of steak seared hard and tossed in garlic butter. Quick, rich and ready in minutes.
Cut the sirloin into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry, then season.
Sear the cubes hard in the hot oil until deep brown outside and still pink inside.
Add the butter, garlic and thyme and toss until fragrant and glossy.
Take the pan off the heat so the garlic stays sweet, not burnt.
Scatter fresh parsley over the top.
