Crispy fried shrimp tossed in a creamy sweet and spicy sauce. Addictive as a starter or over rice.
Pat the shrimp dry and toss them in the cornstarch.
Fry until crisp and golden, then drain.
Mix the mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha and honey into a creamy pink-orange sauce.
Toss the hot shrimp in the sauce until coated.
Serve on shredded lettuce with scallion scattered on top.
