Crunchy pasta baked into crispy chips and dipped in marinara. The viral snack that is weirdly hard to stop eating. Serves 4.
Boil the 250 g farfalle in salted water for 9 to 10 minutes until just tender, then drain well and pat dry.
Toss the warm pasta with the 30 ml olive oil, the parmesan, the Italian seasoning, the garlic powder and the 3 g salt until evenly coated.
Air-fry at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the pasta is crispy and golden.
Tip the crispy pasta chips into a serving bowl.
Warm the 150 g marinara and serve it alongside for dipping.
