Crispy fried chicken brushed with a fiery cayenne spice oil, stacked in a soft brioche bun with pickles. Sweet, hot and crunchy.
Soak the chicken in the buttermilk, egg and hot sauce for a while.
Coat the chicken thickly in the seasoned flour.
Fry in hot oil until deep golden and cooked through, then drain.
Whisk the cayenne, paprika, brown sugar and garlic powder into a ladle of the hot frying oil.
Brush the spicy oil all over the crispy chicken, then stack it in a toasted brioche bun with mayo and pickles.
