The viral creamy chicken in a sun-dried tomato and parmesan sauce. Said to be good enough to get you a proposal.
Season and lightly flour the chicken, then sear it golden in the oil and butter. Lift it out.
Soften the garlic, add the sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes, then pour in the stock.
Stir in the cream and parmesan into a silky sauce.
Return the chicken and simmer until cooked through and coated.
Scatter basil on top and serve with bread or pasta.
