One giant chocolate chip cookie baked in a skillet until gooey in the middle, topped with a scoop of ice cream. Made for sharing.
Cream the butter and sugars, beat in the egg and vanilla, then fold in the flour, baking soda, salt and most of the chocolate chips.
Press the dough into a buttered skillet and stud the top with the rest of the chips.
Bake until golden at the edges but still soft and gooey in the middle.
Serve it straight from the skillet while warm.
Top with a scoop of ice cream so it melts into the cookie.
