A fresh Hawaiian bowl of raw salmon, rice and colourful toppings with a savoury sesame dressing. Light and healthy.
Cut the raw salmon into neat cubes and toss with the soy and sesame oil.
Slice the avocado and cucumber and cook the edamame.
Spoon rice into a bowl and arrange the salmon, avocado, cucumber and edamame on top.
Drizzle over a mix of kewpie mayo and sriracha.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, torn nori and scallion.
