A burger and a taco in one. Thin beef patties smashed straight onto flour tortillas, folded up with cheese, lettuce, pickles and burger sauce.
Mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard and a little finely diced pickle into a pink burger sauce.
Press a ball of beef flat onto a small flour tortilla and cook it beef side down until the edges are crisp.
Flip it, lay a slice of cheese on the beef and let it melt.
Fold each one like a taco and fill with shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles and burger sauce.
Serve them folded in a neat row.
