A warming bowl of spicy miso ramen with a rich pork broth, chewy noodles and all the toppings. Deep and savoury.
Brown the ground pork with the garlic and ginger.
Stir in the miso and gochujang, then pour in the stock and soy sauce and simmer.
Cook the ramen noodles separately until just tender.
Divide the noodles between bowls and pour over the hot spicy broth and pork.
Add halved soft-boiled eggs, corn, bean sprouts, nori, spring onion, a drizzle of sesame oil and a knob of butter.
