Thin griddled beef with melted cheese and soft onions stuffed into a soft hoagie roll. A proper hearty sandwich.
Sear the thin-sliced beef hard, chopping it up on the griddle as it cooks.
Cook the onion and pepper until soft, then mix them through the beef.
Lay the provolone over the beef and let it melt into it.
Scoop the cheesy beef into a soft hoagie roll.
Serve hot, cut in half.
