Baked oats, a warm cake-like breakfast made from blended oats and banana. Serves 2.
Blend the 100 g oats with the banana, milk, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla and salt until smooth.
Stir in most of the chocolate chips.
Pour into two small greased ramekins and scatter the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until risen and set with a springy top.
Eat warm, with a little extra maple syrup if you like.
