All the flavours of lasagna in a cosy bowl of soup, with a dollop of ricotta on top. Quicker than the real thing.
Brown the beef with the chopped onion and garlic.
Add the marinara, stock and Italian seasoning and simmer.
Break the lasagna sheets into the soup and cook until tender.
Ladle into bowls.
Add a dollop of ricotta, a scatter of mozzarella and parmesan, and torn basil.
