A hearty breakfast: pan-seared beef and a fluffy scrambled egg dish with juicy cherry tomatoes. A simple recipe for anyone who wants to start their day with a protein-packed and delicious meal.
Cut the beef (if frozen, thaw it completely) into small cubes about 1–1.5 cm in size. Heat a skillet over high heat with a small amount of oil and sauté the beef for 4–5 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with 2–3 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the egg mixture over the browned beef. Cook, stirring constantly with a spatula in broad strokes so that the egg forms flakes and takes on a scrambled texture—this usually takes 2–3 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the scrambled eggs on a plate and garnish with the cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately, while the dish is still hot.
